What took
place last July 25th was a simple but meaningful moment for
SMDC. It was the ceremonial blessing of
one of SMDC’s condo/home offering: The Sea Residence - business strip.
Just a stone
throw away from SM MOA (1), this SMDC creation is looks simple from the outside
but a luxury within. If coming from SM MOA, this is the blue and white
semi-high rise structure that you would immediately see at your right going to
Makati. It is exactly at the opposite
side of the still being constructed SMDC project named Shell Residences along EDSA.

Arna Lim of SM, we were able to witness the said blessing ceremony which started
with a little set prayer in one of its lobby/reception area. A whole circuit was made, wherein all the
commercial establishments housed in the area opened their doors for the said
ceremony. It was simple. No
fanfare. No concert. No fireworks.
A simple but meaningful ceremony set for the family, the SM family-management and those who supports them. It was a day that officially made them open to all, residents and passers alike.
Sea
Residence occupies a whole business block and set-up in a rectangular manner,
making the center of the block free for recreation. The center space houses 5 pools for
everyone’s convenience. With lounging chairs placed in the right spot and number,
making it a luxurious spot that residents can enjoy. This is one residential complex that is
shaped rectangular, thus 4 receiving lobby – one on each side of the complex,
making it convenient to residents (2). 4 sides, 4 buildings, 4 receiving
lobbies – make sense right?
It is no
more than 30 steps away from EDSA (3).
You can grab any mode of transportation and go easily to Makati, Manila,
Las Pinas and Cavite. An alternate route is also possible to use when going to
Manila and/or Makati; take the Macapagal Ave.
Near to churches, a mall, food
places (just a street away from Blue Bay Walk, hotels and event places (4).
It is a one
place convenience for residents and nearby office workers for it has its own
LBC, a laundry shop, massage place courtesy of Nuat Thai, infirmary, InfiniTea
and a nail & waxing place named: Get
Polished! (5). That day also was the opening of Get Polished!, a small but
elegantly designed space set to pamper their guest. You can choose from their different services
and nail color line which will satisfy your need. Located just beside the receiving lobby
area/door of Building A, you definitely won’t miss this white and pale violet
–near to lavender color themed pamper place.
It is elegance at your fingertips.
The Business Strip is basically the whole ground area of Sea Residence. It has various space area to suit one's business need and capability. With residents and working people around the area, any sound business can definitely find success in this area. As of this writing there are still spaces open for businesses who wish to cater to residents and non-residents alike.
Now that is 5 reason that you can look at when looking for a place to reside in. Sea Residence has it all for you. Something that SM Corporation is known for.
This is one SM project that is indeed worth for all types!
